Overview

Hoop Practice (the "App") respects and protects the privacy of all users. The App follows a data-minimization principle and does not collect, upload, or share any personally identifiable information.

What We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect any personally identifiable information (name, email, phone, location, etc.)
• We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs
• We do not access your contacts, photos, files, or other app data
• We do not store raw biometric data from hand tracking

Local Data

The App stores training data (shot counts, hit rates, session duration) locally on your device. This data is used solely to display training statistics within the App and never leaves your device. Uninstalling the App permanently removes this data.

Permissions

• Hand Tracking: Used to detect shooting motions and gesture input. All hand data is processed in real time on-device and is never recorded or uploaded.
• World Sensing: Used to anchor the virtual hoop to your real wall. Environment data is used only in real time on-device and is never recorded or uploaded.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from them.

If this Privacy Policy changes in the future, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date at the top. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
